Press Line

The latest addition of production equipment at OSMI is an 800 ton press line equipped to process Ultra High-Strength Steel. The press is equipped with twin rolling bolsters to reduce setup times and the line is equipped with a Leveler that is capable of gauges up to 0.200" at 85,000 psi yield. The line also is equipped with automatic scrap handling and hydraulic die clamping.
