Ohio Stamping and Machine

As an ISO 9001:2000 compliant registered firm , Ohio Stamping and Machine LLC manufactures first operation blanks and medium to large stampings for the automotive, truck, and appliance industries. Both exposed and unexposed blanks are processed using procedures and standards established to meet critical quality requirements. These first operation blanks are either cut-to-length or die-cut configured blanks.

Coil processing capabilities include:

• GAGE RANGE: .019" - .375"
• COIL WIDTH: 80" MAX
• COIL WEIGHT: 70,000 LBS MAX

The toll processing service that OSMI offers its customers includes: Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Just in time delivery (JIT), Real time inventory, and complete material management responsibility from incoming coil to delivered product.

With our tool room facility and engineering staff , OSMI provides full tool design and build services by supplementing our own in-house capabilities with contract design and/or build services with established reputable firms. The ability to maintain tooling in-house is just another service that our customers find to be of great value.

OSMI operates on a 3-shift basis in a modern 140,000 sq. ft. facility with 11 automatic press lines and is ideally located just off Interstate 70 between Interstates 75 and 71.
